'This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. 'Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. 'The place was spotless. Cutely decorated and has a back patio that makes you feel like you are in a private oasis in the middle of nowhere. But then, comveiently, you are not. It is a short 3 minute drive to the waterfront with lots of open bars and restaurants or 5 minutes the other direction to town, with groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location. The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come to this area again, we would stay here again! '

'We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside.
