'We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time'

'Every clean nice dock good located '

'One negative, we were told to take our garbage. But the trash can was half full. So we ended up removing previous tenants garbage. '

'Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...

'Best vacation spot on the Parker strip. Local to everything. House is clean and modern with everything you would need. The dock is great. Room to swim and float. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to play at the Parker Strip. '
