The rooms were not cleaned until we stayed 5 days. Asked for clean towels, but I had to pick them up myself.
The breakfast was not good. The staff was nice enough, but for the price and the name on the hotel I expected more. The hotel was noisy and the space between the door and the floor was a good inch and a half, so all hallway noise was heard . The bed was not comfortable. It was a king size and the pillows were tiny. The clock was an hour behind, I reset it, but when I came back to the room it was wrong again. Itโs winter and the room unit was set to air conditioning not heat. We changed it. We left and come back it was on air conditioning again. This is a fairly new hotel, only a few years old. Iโm not at all impressed.Another family member was also staying at this hotel this week and had many of the same issues. We have never stayed at this hotel before. We wonโt be back. I canโt imagine there are many people who are repeat customers here.
