Mayfield Lake View Apartment

Dit nieuwe appartement met uitzicht op het meer is gebouwd op de top van een privégarage. Er is een panoramisch uitzicht op het prachtige Mayfield-meer. We maakten een wrap-around deck aan de noord- en oostkant (voor het uitzicht). We hebben het 1080 vierkante meter grote appartement ingericht als een plek waar we in willen wonen, maar we hebben het grotere huis ernaast (zie https: //www.vrbo. Com / 314232) als ons vakantieverblijf en hebben de garage / appartement toegevoegd voor ons toekomstig gebruik. Voor de komende jaren, biedt het appartement een geweldige uitje om van te genieten.

Het appartement met twee slaapkamers heeft queensize bedden voor vier personen en twee personen kunnen op de uitklapbare slaapbank slapen. De keuken is ingesteld om u uw maaltijden te laten bereiden of er zijn verschillende restaurants op korte rijafstanden. Wasruimte heeft stapeleenheden op ware grootte.

De echte kans van deze locatie en opstelling is dat dit een geweldige plek is om te verblijven en te ontspannen of om zo actief te zijn als u maar wilt. Mayfield Lake werd gevormd toen een dam werd gebouwd op de rivier Cowlitz. Mayfield Lake biedt varen, watersporten, vissen (8 variëteiten), jagen, en Ike Kinswa State Park om te zwemmen en andere activiteiten voor kinderen. Er is sportvissen op de Cowlitz (zalm en steelkop in het seizoen), wandelen in de heuvels en bergen, skiën / boarden op White Pass-winters, sightseeing in de Cascade Range.

Een rit naar Randle, WA brengt je genesteld in het midden van Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams en Mt. St. Helens. De natuurlijke schoonheid van het gebied maakt me nog steeds ontzag na jarenlang plezier. Er zijn restaurants, paardrijden en andere diensten in de kleine steden in de omgeving met het soort mensen die warm en gastvrij zijn.

Check-in tijd is om 4:00 p. m. of later.
De uitchecktijd is 12:00 of eerder.
Wijk Overwegingen: rustige uren zijn tussen 10:00 p. m. en 5:00 a. m. elke dag van de week. De accommodatie ligt in een rustige buurt en moet tijdens de rustige uren worden onderhouden.

Location with a view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. The hosts provided everything that you need and more. The front windows and deck have a great view of the lake---just beautiful! The air conditioning kept us comfortable on the hot days when we visited. We used this as a home base to visit both east and west sides of Mount St. Helens. This is an excellent place to stay!

It felt like home!

The property was clean, well-stocked, and very spacious. The property manager was quick to respond to questions leading up to the stay, and was so friendly. She even helped us carry in a suitcase and gathered things we needed from the attached property. We love the wrap-around deck- perfect for morning coffee overlooking the lake. Our only complaint was the mattress in the front bedroom. It was very hard, but we put a mattress topper on and it was just fine! Will definitely stay again!

Great place near the lake!

This was the perfect place to stay for day playing on the lake. Close to Riffe as well as Mayfield. We had 2 trucks with 2 boats and the parking arrangements were perfect! Nice view of the Lake. The mood lighting was very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake while having our morning coffee. Hope to stay again.

This apartment was wonderful and larger then expected. Plenty of parking and wonderful views. Super clean and had everything we needed. Even things that we don’t normally find in rentals. Hot cocoa, coffee, filters etc. Forget something like toiletries?? they had travel items in bins if needed. We will be coming back to this place for sure.

Lynda has a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. The photos on the website do not even do it justice. We were blessed with beautiful weather and commensurate views from the wrap-around deck. There was plenty of space for our group to relax and the amenities were top notch. There were several personal touches which made our stay incredibly easy: 1) Introductory email with granular turn-by-turn directions 2) Welcome binder with detailed instructions and recommendations 3) Condiments and firewood Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!!

Much needed family vacation.

This is just what the doctor ordered. 2020 as we all know has been a rough year, my family all works in healthcare and other essential jobs. We needed a break away and this house was amazing. The deck looks out to the lake, the sunsets are beautiful, it’s just minutes away to launch your boat. Inside everything is clean and new looking, it’s stocked with all of your essentials and more. Great For Awhile

We rented for 5 nights. The first 2 nights were perfect. Quiet times on the deck and nice views, etc. Overall enjoying our vacation very much. However the last 3 nights were the opposite, zero peaceful time on the deck and views of boats, trailers and SUV's. This was due to the house next door being rented. The location is very close as the driveway is shared. That house is owned by the same owners who rented to us. There were at least 15 people and 3 dogs, possibly more people as they set up two tents in the front yard. They parked their cars and two boats and trailers directly in front of our deck and the kids often played on the lawn directly in front of us. To make matters worse they set off a huge amount of loud fireworks on the 4th of July in the shared driveway. We came out to Cinebar to relax in peace and get away from the noise. 40% of the time it was absolutely great, the other 60%, as the Grinch says, "noise noise noise".
