'The staff (especially the poor women who had to get us new sheets during the evening) was so nice. I didn't see many of them so I hope they aren't stretched to thin (as someone who was a retail manager I get it but still) I do wish there was better creamer options for coffee and a few different breakfast options. Thank you to all the worked there during our stay'

'Staff was extremely rude. Im a law abiding disabled veteran that was treated as if i worked the streets! When i asked for a later check out i was informed to stay for another two hours i would have to pay for an additional night! Horrified!'

'It is a very cute little apartment. The rooms were very clean and neat and it really had enough space for everyone there. The WiFi was great and made it easy to watch football. We highly recommend this place. It was perfect for a quick trip to Belton.'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere. Only downside was pots and pans needed cleaning. Otherwise great place for a getaway.'

'Location is what we liked.'

'Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs.'

'Pet friendly and convenient location'

'Nice hotel on a good location. The breakfast can be better '

'The location of the property is very quiet. The staff is pretty nice. The rooms do not match what is seen online. I was forced to upgrade my room and that one also did not match the photos, and costed more than it was supposed to. There was an internet outage the first night we were there so wifi was out to no fault of the hotel. The second night we stayed I was awoken at midnight by someone who checked in with 3 children. You could hear the children running around all night and I was not able...

'Friendly always'

'Uitstekend hotel op goede locatie als je voor zaken in Killeen bent. Zeer ruime en nette kamers.'

'I had a 5 people party I asked two queens and a sofa bed and I asked when checked in and I was told yes that is what you getting. When I got to the room I only had 2 queens my son slept in the floor it was pretty annoying'
