The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day! '

'Comfort Inn Hall of Fame was clean, quiet and conveniently located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. We had a slight issue with the toilet and less than 10 minutes someone came and took care of the issue. '

1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good!

'Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.'
