'It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.

Don’t be fooled by what you see externally or for the matter the entrance hallway, this owner has spent her money well and for the comfort of her guests, the upper priced rooms (but reasonably priced) are well worth the booking, the morning breakfast at £12.50 is always worth booking, prepared fresh and just as you like it.
