'Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. '

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. 'I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. '

'Overall this hotel is nice and clean. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our room key for the cleaning manager to inspect our room. This was an inconvenience. The pool was nice with good seating for adults and always had clean towels available.'
