La Maison des Champs

The Maison des Champs is located at the corner formed by two wings of the historic Secourieu residence. The owner's home and the gîte are independent, so that there is no disturbance. The cottage is resolutely turned towards the fields (hence its name!), with a wooden terrace and a private Nordic bath installed in an enclosed garden. Guests will be able to stroll freely in the 12ha historic park along the river of this estate which they can also discover free of charge during a guided tour if they wish. Pets allowed. La Maison des Champs can accommodate 10 people, to be divided into 5 rooms, whether large families or groups of friends wanting a break in the countryside, in peace, in direct contact with nature. The gîte can also accommodate, particularly in the off-season, professionals called to work in the surrounding area. Events are not authorized, the emphasis being placed on respecting the tranquility of the premises, particularly for rooms overlooking the interior courtyard (interior courtyard which constitutes a zone of silence and whose use is reserved for the owners) . Cintegabelle is 6km away, Auterive less than 2km away (all shops and services). Toulouse is located 40km from Secourieu. The house, comfortable and tastefully decorated, is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: entrance (including a laundry area under the stairs), living room (fireplace), independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 twin 90cm single beds) (small bedroom equipped with 1 90cm single bed), bathroom water, WC. Upstairs: 1 family bedroom (3 single beds 90cm including 2 that can be combined and an additional sofa 80cm), 1 double bedroom (2 single beds 90cm that can be combined), 1 small bedroom (1 single bed 120cm) , bathroom, WC. Reversible air conditioning in each bedroom as well as in the living room, Wifi Internet connection. Large, cozy gîte for 10 people (5 bedrooms), quiet, overlooking the countryside and fields, in the heart of the superb Domaine du Secourieu park (protected as a Historic Monument).
