'The place was great. We stayed in the last week of September before it closed for the season so not much open. Pool closes during the day so you can’t always swim. '

'We had a wonderful stay at Villa Vagnoli with 12 people (grandma, grandpa, children and grandchildren). We also left a review on Google Maps. '

'The kids had a blast in the pool. Great for a big group. We had to share rooms as a family it wasn’t a big deal. But if you need separate rooms just request them.I missed the fine print on that.Giulia is fantastic - just let her know what your needs are'

'Siamo stati in questa struttura 4 giorni, il referente Antonio è sempre stato presente per qualsiasi richiesta da noi effettuata. Appartamento bello e pulito, il nostro bambino di è divertito tantissimo. Grazie ci torneremo senz'altro!'

'Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft an einem sehr ruhigen Ort die Unterkunft ist 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt wir haben uns wohl gefühlt als Familie .'

'Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed...

'Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. 'The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. 'Luca and Chiara were very kind persons. They were very careful. When my husband got sick , they went with us to the first aid at the hospital and Chiara rested the whole day by us. It was so kind.
