'This hotel is attached to the mall and had a lot of options for restaurants, activities and shopping. The breakfast was good. The pool was a hit with the kids. The rooms were clean. Staff were all kind and helpful. There was a guy who helped us with our luggage. Really appreciate them. The stay was great.'

'室内は広く、清潔で快適に過ごせました。ケソン・メモリアル・サークルへのアクセスも良く、早朝のジョギングを楽しめました。シャワーの使い方がよくわからず、初日のみ水シャワーでしたが、その後は操作の仕方を習得し、お湯シャワーを使うことが出来ました。排水も水圧も問題なしです。住所の表示が、近くの他のホテルを示している為、Grabを利用すると近くのホテルが降車・乗車ポイントでした。コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり、便利でした。'

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '

'Wifi internet verbinding heel slecht. Meestal vanaf je bureau geen internet verbinding. Je moet naar corridor om een email te verzenden. De kwaliteit van het buffet is typisch Filippijns - niet om over naar huis te schrijven.'

'ベッドの近くにある窓掛け式エアコンと、その近くにある小型冷蔵庫の騒音があり眠れなかったのと、エアコンが壊れたので部屋を変わりましたが、騒音は変わらないので、受け入れました。バスタオルしかないため、ハンドタオルなど持参が必要かと思います。11泊しましたが、2回ほど部屋の掃除がしてなかった事がありました。夜は静かなエリアで、歩きの範囲でコンビニ、レストランがあり、また、スカイウェイに接続もよく、立地は良いと思います。値段も安いので、上記の問題点は相殺でしょうが、室内騒音だけは、解決してほしいですね。'

'Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future'

'This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! The joy...

'Alles is schoon en personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam... Het is wat oude stijl en mag wel wat geupdate worden. Ontbijt is Filippijnse keus, of eventueel toast met gebakken ei. Rookruimte op de binnenplaats. Weinig restaurants in de nabijheid. De Mall is met een taxi plm 15 minuten. '

'The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful although when we reached the previously booked room we found the AC wasn't working so they found a different room and they didn't have a key to open it so they found us another room , a deluxe suite so we thought oh wow this is great until we had to flush the toilet and needed maintenance to come . The plunger was short lived and toilet didn't flush again.'
