'Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away'

'Omni Fort Worth downtown lived up the 5-star Omni standard. They are simply the best. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff are hospitable and helpful with valet and bellhop services. Amenities are top notch with a really nice bar area and steakhouse. Starbucks is attached to the Omni but if there is a convention going on, be prepared to wait. Very convenient to the convention center (right across the street). 'Nice place, we enjoyed the hotel and room…..but we arrived during FIFA (not the reason for our visit), which I guess gave all businesses in the area a “license to steal”, so parking fees in and around the hotel were outrageous. We have never stayed in a hotel downtown, I suspect parking is a luxury at most downtown places, so we just sucked it up and paid the $40/day valet parking price, as opposed to their normal $20/day, which is more reasonable.'

'The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.'
