Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.'

It is so clean and aesthetic throughout the entire hotel. They have the most amazing relaxation and sauna room as well, with a stunning view of Sassolungo peak. The staff are so incredibly kind. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet.
