Almaviva Trulli are beautiful trulli with swimming pool, hot tub and lawn. The typical rural dwelling, completely renovated, is for vacation rental in Valle d`Itria in Cisternino.
The garden of the beautiful estate is equipped with brand new outdoor hot tub (2.4 mt x 2.4), brick barbecue , wood-burning oven, outdoor shower and parking.
There are all the main accessories such as air conditioning in all rooms, heating, washing machine, wi-fi internet
both inside and outside, safe, alarm system, dishwasher, microwave,
electric kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, iron and
ironing board, hair dryer, TV.

The Trulli Almaviva are a sensational villa with pool in ancient trulli,
located in the Valle d`Itria, in a picturesque setting with exceptional
panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the renowned village
of Cisternino.
The garden covers over 4 thousand square
meters, with manicured lawn, scented by Mediterranean scrub and shaded
by fruit trees and olive trees, offers with its various oases of quiet.
The exclusiveswimming pool is surrounded by solarium with sun beds, deck chairs and gazebo. Shade covers and
patios allow you to experience the outdoor spaces in absolute comfort.
Serving the pool is an open bathroom with toilet and outdoor shower.
Thewhirlpool areawith a 2.4 x 2.4-meter pool is surrounded by greenery and the scents of vegetation.
There are two canopies,
one equipped with elegant lounge furniture for relaxing, and another in
front of the pool furnished with table, chairs and worktop with
induction plate, mini fridge, electric oven and hot/cold water sink, for
dining comfortably while enjoying views as far as the eye can see of
the pool and the village of Cisternino.
Also on the part in front of the trulli is a veranda, to take advantage of more shelter from the sun or wind and the brick barbecue area and wood-burning oven.

by the property with skillful mastery the Trulli Almaviva are decorated
and furnished with design elements that characterize their style.
Labitazione has an entrance to a comfortable trullo dining room. Next to it is the modern, well-equipped kitchen and 4 double bedrooms, three of which have en suite shower rooms and one with an adjoining bathroom of its own.
In one of the double bedrooms there is a possible ninth bed on a single sofa bed.

Trulli
Almaviva rise in the countryside of Cisternino, less than 2 km from the
center of the charming village renowned for its historic center, its
gastronomic tradition and its architectural and cultural beauties.
Other
interesting historic centers are within a few minutes` drive, such as
Martina Franca 10 km away, Ceglie Messapica 12 km away and Ostuni just
14 km away. The Adriatic coast is also very close. The beaches of the Torre Guaceto nature reserve are just a half-hour drive away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 250.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 90 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The use of the hot tub must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival (opening and closing can only be handled by authorized personnel). The use is limited to 1 day every 3 nights booked and exclusively from 9.00 to 18.00 in low season and from 10.00 to 20.00 in high season.
- It is ABSOLUTELY forbidden to recharge electric vehicles from the property’s electrical outlets.
