'We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. I will for check them out and use this owner again.'

'This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. '

'Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. '

'Overall, the stay was wonderful. Lorraine was a great host who was always quick to respond, house was as described, and check-in and check-out was simple. One of my friends accidentally left a bag and Lorraine notified us right away. Thank you again for being such a great host and for the little birthday touch. '

'The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. 'We loved the charm and uniqueness of the hobbit house….So fun and magical! Loved hanging in the backyard at the pool and especially eating all our meals outside on the patio and covered patio at night. Highly recommend! Oh….playing pool with family was a blast!'

'We had a wonderful stay in El Dorado Hills. The property is beyond fully equipped. It offers amazing views of Folsom Lake facing west for nice sunsets and the home neighborhood is great for walking to the nearby parks. We had lots of nice wildlife around including deer, peacocks and hawks flying at eye level. The owners provided a very clean space, updated appliances to cook and a very warm welcome to a great space. I would highly recommend this VRBO. '

'Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. '

'The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. ...

'Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house.'

'We spent four nights here, while visiting family in the area, and loved both the setting as well as the accommodations. Additionally, the hostess was very helpful throughout our stay. The best surprise during our stay was spending time with Jax, the Border Collie that lives on the ranch--an adorable, sweet dog. '

"Interesting location, on the former air base of McClellan. Area is well maintained and looks beautiful with the flowers. Room was ok, cleanliness could be better and the facilities are outdated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs were disgusting, and the rest was very basic."
