I had a room facing the gas station. It was a monday night so it was quiet. No bugs that i could see. The water pressure was awesome. 'Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. '
