For many years, the Savoy was a luxurious retreat for Buenos Aires’ elite and had a reputation for elegance and refinement. The hotel has hosted several famous guests, including Eva Perron and Albert Einstein. The rooms are fine and the shower is great! The breakfast is simple and basic. Furthermore, this hotel could do with a makeover. For example, I personally find the breakfast room bare and uninviting. And the red carpets on the stairs were replaced years ago. And the open spaces on the floors look a bit empty and not very flourishing. The staff is friendly, but the hotel does not have the service of collecting luggage etcetera.. The staff is very friendly.."

"Het hotel en de kamers zijn zeer schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Je loopt vanaf het hotel binnen een paar minuten naar de winkelstraat met genoeg opties voor shoppen, eten of te relaxen. Er zijn verschillende supermarkten in de straat en anders genoeg te vinden in de hoofdstraat. Er is geen zwembad maar wel heel leuk de optie om de jacuzzi te reserveren met dakterras. Als je van zon houd en even wil relaxen dan is de tip om dit te reserveren tussen 1600/1900 dan heb je zon op het dakterras. "

"Er ontbreken belangrijke dingen in het hotel. 1. Er is geen strijkijzer en plank beschikbaar. 2. De sportschool is heel erg klein. 3. Er is geen spiegel in de kamer. 4. Geen adapters beschikbaar voor het stopcontact. Verder, hoewel het personeel van het restaurant is heel erg vriendelijk, die van de receptie niet. "
