Everything was going well at this location right until the time of check out. I checked out a week early and that is when I realized there was no refund. At the end that was not the issue, that was my mistake for overseeing this at the time of making the reservation. The issue was the way the staff handled the situation. Monica I believe is her name, seemed to have an attitude when I asked about the refund, advised me to check with my booking site to ask but that they would not help me there. I immediately reached out to Expedia to see what could be done, I was in the lobby when the representative called. All the staff said was “Okay, Okay” my last name “okay” and hung up. Then Monica looked over at the other individual at the front desk and started laughing while whispering glancing at me. That was the humiliating part. The site website states this is an English and Spanish company but their of the two staff members working there spoke English. While I was in the lobby there Monica was also discussing personal information about another individual staying at this location. Laughing and mocking the customer. This was the only issue I had. The whole time there I was treated politely, it’s really sad how bad of an experience I was left with all to one individual that could not demostrar professionalism.
