Good morning ,our structure of course is a guest house with 6 rooms all overlooking the sea, one in particular also has a terrace overlooking the sea (and it is the room we assigned to you) it is therefore not a hotel (I don't understand why if you preferred a hotel formula you wouldn't have previously booked one perhaps in Rome)we are 10 minutes by car from the city center, port, train station. We currently provide a free shuttle service in the city while a paid shuttle service to/from Rome airports is available.at a distance ranging from 100 to 500 meters there are bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bathing establishments and right on the ground floor of the building there is a pharmacy, all clearly visible from the Google map.Very happy to have given you written clarifications that we would have liked to give you in person if only we had been aware of it to make your stay better.friendlinessstarfish

Good morning Mr. Deanthank you for your commentI would like to point out that our structure is a guest house with 6 rooms, all large and with a sea view, yours in particular was also equipped with an equally large veranda overlooking the sea, our structure is therefore not a hotel (as you can see from the booking or expedia page) for this reason there is no reception, restaurant or bar.as you wrote, in the vicinity there are many bar services, super markets as reported by us there are also restaurants and pizzerias always reachable within 5 minutes walk from our structure, but you preferred to eat in your rooms although it is not allowed for obvious reasons of hygiene so that you left the room with the rubbish inside you did not throw anything in the external rubbish bins available to the structureas regards your cancellation, it was made by you on September 29th (you should have arrived for the 2nd time on October 2nd) but the reservation, as you could see from booking, was non-refundable and therefore it was not made.I made all these clarifications because as you have seen, we work hard to ensure that all our guests have a good stay, therefore specifying all our methodsfriendlinessstarfish

Good morningOur structure is a guest house (not a hotel) as you can see from our expedia profile we give guests rooms for an overnight stay without breakfast.we are 10 minutes by car from the port, station, city center we do not provide a taxi service directly, but for you Mrs. Susan we have booked a taxi as per your request for the day of your departure, the taxi arrived at 11.00 but you weren't there waiting for him.you made a reservation on expedia for a room for just 1 person so the room was prepared to accommodate 1 person (soap and towel) but instead you arrived as two adults and we didn't charge you any extra supplement and we will verify this with expedia .the TV is a smart TV that runs on a wi-fi network so it works.friendlinessstarfish
