'It was very clean and a great property. Within walking distance to stores and restaurant. Very friendly neighborhood. And right on the SxS trails. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger coffee maker. Other than it was perfect. I would rent it again. '

'Beautiful cabin tucked away in the woods. it has a very scenic and relaxing area. Easy access for kayaks and paddle boards, we were also able to have our fishing boat docked. There is a nice sandy bottom to walk in and swim/float in the inlet area The cabin was well equipped with everything you would need for kitchen and bathroom. To add, we were grateful for the nice beach towels. Enjoyed bonfires nightly. Overall was a great stay.'

'This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has everything you could possibly need— for meal preparation, outdoor enjoyment and staying occupied indoors. The Pickleball court is fantastic! We rent a boat from the local marina and use the dock on the property. Elizabeth is an excellent communicator and rep replies quickly to messages. We will be back again next year!'

'This home was perfect for our family, the sand beach and the clear lake was more than one could dream of, it was so nice that even when the rain came we could not get the kids out of the water-talk about making memories-this was the place, Thank you !!'

'Great stay at this little gem! Very tidy and comfortable. Had a visit from a friendly doe each evening. Cabin well equipped with everything we needed. Bonsey (dog) loooved surveying his vacation kingdom from the little dock!!'

'This is the 3rd straight year we have stayed here it's just such a a great place beautiful views, very clean house and a spectacular kitchen!! we have already booked this place for next year can't wait '

'This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!'

'We really had the best time here. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent our weekend swimming in the lake, grilling, and enjoying great company by the fire. It was nice to walk over to the nearby restaurant for a quick bite to eat and a cocktail. The highlight of our weekend was fishing off the dock, we caught a variety of fish. We are already planning our next trip to come!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this lovely log cabin. The lake was very peaceful and most of the time we had the lake to ourselves. It was great to wake up to a glorious lake view! Kayaks and paddle board were a hit with my kids. The location was perfect for visiting waterfalls in the area and in the UP, too! It was hard to leave. '

'We recently stayed here with our 3 adult children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren. The layout with 5 bedrooms on the main floor each with a bathroom and an enormous kids “bunk room” upstairs made this the absolute perfect place for our family vacation. This lake home is huge-from the minute you walk up to the front door you are aware of the scale with high ceilings, doors and spacious rooms. 'An excellent place for our family. We enjoyed the many areas for our family to play board games, card games and plenty of places for quiet time for our group. The extra fridge space was a luxury for our family meals. Our group enjoyed the outdoor decks and fire pit! Everything was as expected or better. '

'The cabin was simple comfort for a couple and their dog, with all the necessities. The view of the river was beautiful and the fishing right out the door was great too. Excellent truck and trailer parking, with a plug in to charge the boat batteries. Great Lakes to fish within a 40 mile or less radius. We would definitely stay again!'

'The host were amazing… Kept in communication the entire time, anything I needed that was not already here was brought to us immediately. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond for our family! The cabin itself is wonderful, and stocked up pretty good with indoor/outdoor games, books, kitchen utensils, etc. The canoe was super fun, although we definitely did not swim in the lake here… There was a lake recommended to us about three minutes away with a park/beach and great swimming...

'Good communication and information provided by host prior to check-in. It is a very well cared for property in a beautiful, tranquil location. A doe and her two fawns visited every day. We made use of the games, kayaks, and fire pit. The only down side was we were traveling with a toddler under age 2 and the yard did not have a good play space.
