'I’m a traveling scrub tech and we needed to stay longer than we thought and Lisa the manager helped me out! She made sure that my husband had the handicap room and made sure that we were comfortable and safe! She even went above and beyond when there was another guest who was in his vehicle outside our window playing music really loud.'

'We arrived to our stay as we had come for a concert in Ames. The hotel is on the very edge of town set back from the interstate. The grounds do not even include trees. 1 person was working the front desk and was helpful with any questions I had. Our room was located up a flight of stairs or just outside an elevator.
