'Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.'

'Mother and daughter at the front desk are a great team. saw my cane and got me a first floor room without asking or saying anything about it. Would be nice to have housekeeping give us towels and make up the beds.'

'I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it.'

'I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower.
