Breakfast was good for being free with the usual stuff like scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, oatmeal, fruit, cereals etc. Would stay here again no problems at all.'

Front desk gentleman was great-he remembered our names at checkout and gave us a wonderful history of Dubuque. Old Chicago is attached and open late!! Very nice, we would stay again.'

'Nick was excellent. We had some problems with an air conditioner in one room and moved us right away. Some how missed placed my wallet and he was kind enough to let me in the other room. Helped me looked for it not once but twice. Finally found it. He did an excellent job in customer service. '

It was clean, very quiet and easy to get to my intended destination that night. My only complaint was the shower pressure was very low. Water was nice and but the pressure was poor. Good value and very friendly staff. I would stay again. '

"Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat. Ik heb bijzonder genoten van het heerlijke terras aan een prachtige, ruim aangelegde achtertuin. De kamer was zeer ruim. De gashaard op de kamer komt mij over als geheel overbodig, maar misschien is dat in de winter anders. Het stadje Galena is een fraaie bezienswaardigheid."
