'Clean, well maintained. Breakfast had the beat healthy (and some not so healthy) options I've seen.'

'The room we stayed in was ok condition, but the bathroom was in poor repair. The bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, the toilet flush had to be manually lifted or the toilet "ran" continuously, and there was some strange water damage above the shower that appeared that the housekeeper had tried to fix with some kind of paper towel that was stuck to the ceiling. 'The staff was very friendly and helpful. They still have a few glitches to work out i.e. bar not open, some minor things in the room not working etc.. The staff is definitely their best asset. My husband was having surgery at Beaumont and the location of this property cannot be beat. You do not even need to get out on the highway to get to the hospital from the hotel.'

'If it wasn’t because of the cold air in my room that I asked the person at the front desk if they could come up and fix he came up and when I actually fell asleep that night when I woke up, the room was so cold. I went back to the front desk with a stuffy nose and young guy came up and fixed the heater to be at the right temperature for my last two days part of that I was about to leave and find another place the first person told me that he couldn’t change the register because they’re based on...
