No good, horrible
The pool had not even been open at all this year. Had plants on it. No breakfast. I had to wash the jacuzzi tub out myself before we could even use it not very clean in the room the air conditioning didn't work not. The door to our room had been kicked it. Didn't latch properly. happy at all would definitely like my money back!!

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation, he also told me that they didn't have rooms with couches like on the website, then I had to get a room with two double beds instead of the pull out couch and queen bed..also the site says there's an outdoor pool which was also false advertisement because the pool was still covered and looked like a pond on top the cover. The room didn't have enough towels and the room had a funky mildo smell to it..there also was no coffee maker or iron in the room.. and another thing was after 10 the room smelt like weed The other issue was there was no breakfast in the morning. Our stay was very unpleasant and I will never stay at this hotel again

The hair dryer's cord had been cut through and had frayed electrical wires exposed. Should have been detected by staff before the room was rented out. They were touching the trowels that the maids hang up.

Would Stay Again
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness found in my unit and the building itself was not run down. The carpet appeared new and the bath area seemed updated and everything was clean. There was even a couch in my room which was nice. The front desk person was very friendly. My only complaint was that the website stated check out time was at noon. Check out time was actually 11 am. Better than 10am but I had a need to stay until noon so that was my only disappointment and late check out was not allowed. Everything else was great. I had brought my own breakfast with me which I kept in the refrigerator until morning. The microwave heated my breakfast. There is not breakfast at this hotel and that did not bother me.

Room smelled awful. You can definitely tell it was a smoking room in the past and was not properly converted. Stuffy dirty Smokey smell. No window to open.

It was a good place to stay for the price. It could use some paint n the room & someone talk to clean tops of shower because there was a small amount of mold beginning to form. However I would stay there again. The location is very convenient.

The staff was really friendly & accommodating but the room smelled so bad I thought I was going to be sick. I was surprised because the property looked clean. I was disappointed by the lack of fitted sheets on the bed.

The Staff 10/10 the hotel -9/10 was awful
The AC in our home went out and the repair and replacement of it took three days. So I booked the rooms at the guesthouse online for 55 per night which was not the price I got when I showed up. My family was tired and sick from the heat so I paid the extra 15 dollars per room. Although the staff was kind knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was chancy but the staff was top notch about whatever we need to eat . They were upbeat and truly cared about our stay and safety. The rooms needed repair and the ac was not functioning correctly. The staff offered other rooms when we complained but a certain point you can only do some much room changing with four kids. The police showed up three times in three days. The first was from what I can only assume was a felony drug issue due to the over welling smell of weed coming from that side of the hotel. The second the third were due to domestic violence. It was so bad at one point the hotel staff was praying with an abused lady in an attempt to try and console her...think of Iraq with angels..... IF you own this place your staff is the only reason you are in business.

The power randomly went out in the entire building for a few minutes. Also we were in town for a job that ended late at night so we were looking forward to sleep in for a little while and housekeeping started banging on our door at 8:30 in the morning to clean the room when check out wasnt until 11 AM.
