The pool was not heated, and the beds were not as stated in the application!!!! They said it had 3 twin beds in the pink room, but it actually had 2 beds in there and 2 twins in one of the rooms. 9 people had to use the Master's bedroom bathroom to shower, because 1 of the tubs was stopped up. The floor mattresses that we were asked to use were dirty and spotted. Like liquids had dropped on them and no one wanted to sleep on them. Garbage cans were filthy as if no one had done a full cleaning. The manager was angry that I complained and was upset and asked if I would leave if I were not happy the day before the scheduled time to leave after 5pm. I called her several times when I noticed everything going wrong to be moved and she stopped answering her phone. I told her not to be upset but to use my complaints for informational purposes to correct things before the next guest. But overall, the amenitiescand the place was beautiful with acception of all the things needed to be corrected.

This was the perfect space for our family trip. The pool was fun even though the listing says it’s supposed to be heated. The game room kept our kids entertained and the house had lots of extra beds. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was ok, the biggest problem was the pool. We could not use it. The water was green when we first arrived. They tried shocking it while we where there. The pool was the reason for getting this particular Vrbo. Unfortunately we were only there for the weekend. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The host was great with communication during our stay. The house was vary spacious and a good neighborhood.

Spacious house

There was some checkin frustrations, as the host did not give any check in information prior to checkin, and was a bit difficult to get in contact with. The house itself is very spacious, and in a nice area, with quiet neighbors. The furniture/beds in the house are in good condition, and there is sufficient seating for a large family. The master bedroom was very large with a huge tv, exercise equipment, my inlaws really enjoyed their stay in there. Everyone also enjoyed the pool, it was nice and clean. The deck gave quite a few slivers. It could used some upkeep and the lawn chairs are falling apart. The house itself was not very clean, especially the fridge, bathrooms, and walls. Also for such a large house that can sleep 10 people I would expect it to be well stocked with toilet paper, trash bags ect. We ended up purchasing quite a bit such as paper towels, dishrags, toilet paper ect. I didn't reach out to the host about it during the time bc why bother. Overall our stay was good, but it could be really great with with just a few improvements.

Clean & Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable new house. The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and relaxing TV/reading areas. Kids enjoyed the pool & game room. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great Place

We all enjoyed our stay at the house. Of the various places we have stayed for vacations, this place had more of a "home" type of feel to it for us. Kick back on the couch and watch TV, hang out on the deck and read, laze round in the pool. Just a nice relaxing feel. One of my favorite things is the communication. When I had questions, I would message them and get my answers within a day. this is before we got to the house and while we were using the house. I recommend this house for your next stay.

This place was great! We had 10 of us from TX that were in Clarksville for the weekend. The house was very accommodating for our group. The property owner was easily accessible and communicated back and forth quickly! I recommend this house for large groups!
