Welcome to our cozy duplex home nestled in the heart of Clarksville, just minutes away from Ft Campbell and conveniently positioned about 4 miles from Interstate 24 – a major route connecting to Nashville, Kentucky, Indiana, and Alabama. We invite you to bring your pets along, as our home is pet-friendly. Kindly inform us in advance and review our pet policy for details on applicable fees below.

We are pet lovers and want you to enjoy having your pets with you during your stay. We do have a pet fee of $25 per night for the first pet and $10 per night for each additional pet, but our max is $400 per month. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with pets. No smoking inside of property.

We've designed our pricing to accommodate up to 4 guests, with an additional $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to our maximum capacity of 6 guests (children 1 year and older or walking on their own are not considered infants).

Guest will have 24 hour access to the property by use of smart lock, each guest or group will have their own personal access code that can be used from check-in to check-out time, these codes are changed at the end of each reservation.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best, something it is not possible do to cleaning from the previous guest or for our next guest.

Guest do not have access to the garage.

We live in the are and are available 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

This is a very quiet and small community continually improving its' appearance. Although security or safety can not be guaranteed, this neighborhood has been very safe.

Clarksville has public transportation, Cabs, Uber, and Lyft if needed. We recommend you drive a car.

All our guest have access to entire house and will not share house with any other guest. It has all the luxuries of home, the Master bedroom has a full bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a large full hall bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans and smart Tv's. The Livingroom has a 55" Smart TV. There is ample seating with a full couch, love seat, and chair. This home is located in a small community located mins from Ft Campbell. This beautiful little home is mins from, restaurants, Publix, and the Oak Grove Casino and Race Track.
