'The only thing I could negatively critique is the carpets as we’re a bit elderly with slight musty odor. Almost like there had been smokers in the room at some earlier time. The bathroom fan was quite noisy. It needs replacing too. But otherwise,the bed was comfortable, tv worked ,bathroom was clean with everything necessary and the room was quiet. The location was convenient.'

'Dit hotel hadden wij geboekt als tussenstop. Voor een 2 sterren hotel, was het perfect. Goedkope overnachting. Prijs/kwaliteit goed. Interieur is niet nieuw meer. Ontbijt is eenvoudig en in de kleine ontvangstruimte. Voor langere termijn zou ik een ander hotel aanbevelen, tenzij je het goedkoop wilt houden en niet veel luxe wilt. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotelkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien.'

'This Fairfield Inn is superb for the cyclist travelling the GAP Trail and/or C&O Canal Trail. The hotel is literally right next to the trail, has a bike fix station outside, has a hose to wash a dirty bike, has two washer/dryers available, and has some bike parking in the hotel (or you can put bike in your room). Great staff. I felt very welcome at this particular hotel. '

'Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!'
