'Nice new hotel'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Checked in and went to our room and there was a smell and looked in the fridge and found leftovers from the previous guests. They came to empty fridge but never cleaned inside after asking multiple times. Then the following day asked for wash clothes and towels over 5 times and never received them. We had to wash with our hands and showered with sandals on how nasty the tub was. '

'The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. '

'Our experience at this Hilton Inn was fabulous!! Brittany at the front was smiling, friendly and she was expecting us! She made us feel very welcome! Our rooms were clean and completely stocked! (And yes, I always checked the sheets!) It smelled nice and clean, not stuffy and stale! All staff smiled, and asked if everything was ok!
