Perfect Getaway Location
My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at Suncadia and this suite was absolutely perfect. The location was amazing, we were close to all the amenities and the suite was stunning. The host was also super friendly and supportive. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend. Highly recommend!

Winter retreat
We loved our stay! We walked in the snow with our baby and dog, had morning coffees from the cafe and enjoyed room service in the evening. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet for how many guests were staying at the Lodge. We would stay here again!

Holiday Escape
Enjoyed a VRBO condo inside Suncadia Lodge for a quick holiday escape. Learned once we arrived that VRBO guests do not receive a wrist band to use resort recreation such as the community pool but we were permitted to use the pool at the lodge. Suncadia did a fabulous job of having activities for children the week before Christmas with Santa etc and other activities

Fun Summer Getaway
My kids and I enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. We had fun exploring the 1,000 steps. We went biking for hours. The room was clean and we were able to make breakfast and lunchin the room. We would come here again.

Relax and enjoy
This was a nice place to relax and enjoy a peaceful hike and some alone time with my spouse. There was no balcony. For some reason, water temperature seemed to be a problem; because of construction possibly???? The hot tub had no keys outside and said not to turn on because it only kicked on cold water to hot tub. At the spa, the hot tub as a Luke warm temperature at best. Our room didn’t have problems itself with shower/sink temperature thankfully.

Nice area and fun biking trails
Suncadia is it’s own experience. It’s a large development in a beautiful location. We used the property as a half way point between our Seattle home and an event at the Gorge. The unit is simple, needs a little refreshing but is clean and works well for a weekend stay.

Very nice condo right in the lodge of Suncadia but no extra fees for things you don't use!
This property is wonderful for walking and Swiftwater Cellars is right on the property. Who would need anything else!

Lovely condo, missing a few amenities
This is the second time we've stayed in this unit. We had a lovely time however for our family of 4 we were planning on utilizing the pull out couch for our kids. However there were no linens or pillows provided. We didn't discover this until we were preparing for bed so it was really too late to try to contact the property manager as the kids were exhausted so we just had to make do.

Cozy comfortable condo!
We had a great time at this condo. We are currently owners at Tumble Creek in the process of a new build so wanted a place to stay in the mean time. Having never stayed in the Lodge before it was a perfectly lovely experience! The room comfortably fit our family of 4 with the pull out couch. Nice big bathroom made it easy to get kids bathed and having the little kitchenette was perfect for preparing a few snacks. The whole stay was super easy and enjoyable!

Unit needs some maintenance, marks on walls, tub doesn't drain well, carpet is loose, needs stretching and cleaning. But good value in Suncadia.

Wonderful Place!
We stayed here for two nights and loved it! The room had some personal touches, which was great, seemed more homey this way! It is close to the elevator which is nice. We had great communication with Shannon on early checkin. We would definitely recommend this unit and we are looking forward on coming back.

You could not use all the amenities of the property but were charged "property use" fees. They were telling us because the room was rented through 3rd party so no room cleaning was provided, ask for new towels but no response, safe wasn't working, called but no response, no pool towels, no access to spa or main pools. Because we booked through expedia we are SOL.

False accusation and unfair charge
My family and I stayed at this property for our annual holiday trip. The evening after checking out the owner emailed me accusing us of spilling red wine on the carpet and bed rails. She said she was going to contact a carpet cleaner and deduct the cost from our $250 damage deposit. I quickly responded and informed her that we did not drink red wine and did not spill any beverages during our stay. Had we done any damage to the property we would have contacted her. The owner clearly did not believe me and immediately charged us the full $250 without a follow-up or further explanation. I went to bed that evening not knowing if I was going to be able to recover the $250. The next day the owner emailed that she talked to the subsequent guest and that the guest did not see any red wine stains in her condo. Had that guest not vouched for us, I would be charged for damage we did not do without any recourse.

This is an unfortunate circumstance that occurred. My cleaners sent pictures showing significant wine spills upon checkout along the upholstered bed rail and carpet. They cleaned to the best of their ability but could not remove all of the stains. I contacted you and then also communicated with the subsequent guest since I was not at the property. He stated he didn’t see any notable wine spill (the bedding covered areas quite well) so I immediately communicated that to you-fearing a mixup. However, I did visit the property the very next day and indeed there are wine spills that although came up somewhat, are present and have left stains. I released your damage deposit since you stated that you didn’t spill wine in the unit. You did not take any of my calls to discuss, so all communication was over text. It’s unfortunate that this occurred. I pride myself on being an amazing host, providing a nice place to stay and keeping open lines of communication and I feel this could have been resolved in a better manner.

Great spot for a family weekend getaway!
Our family of 3 had a great stay at this property. The room was clean and airy, and the queen bed was the most comfortable vacation bed we've ever slept in! Our 8-yr old enjoyed the lodge pool. We were able to fix simple meals in the kitchen area, which cut down on extra expenses during our stay. The property owner was extremely responsive, and was available by phone and text. She helped make sure we had the best stay possible. Highly recommended!

Everything is awesome, excep that I wasn't able to use all the resort amenities, only 1 small swimming pool, because the owner of this property doesnt have membership to use the other amenities. So if you have little kids or want to use everything else at the resort you cant if you rent this property.

Bad experience!
We have stayed at Suncadia on numerous occasions and always had a great time. But this trip experience was quite the opposite. It started with us checking into the room and finding it not cleaned. We had to call the owner and it took a couple of hours before we could use the room. This unit needs work- the bathroom door lock is broken, wifi is sparse, heating/ cooling didn't work, room phone didn't work, spoons and cutlery were missing etc. Wouldn't rent this unit again, in bad shape. The resort front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, when we tried to reach them.

Disappointing that we couldn’t make it right for this guest. After offering a refund on first night, she decided to stay additional two nights and I thought all was well.... The WiFi is challenging in the entire lodge. There were missing spoons (as they sometimes disappear with room service) and we had some sent up right away. Heating and AC simply needed a reset by the engineering team which happened within 10 minutes of her message. There was a delay in checking into the room due to cleaning (room was ready at 5pm vs 4pm) and I was apologetic and make every attempt to communicate with guests during COVID since we are having some challenges due to decreased cleaning staff. Refer to other reviews for this unit as they are more accurate!

Wedding at Swiftwater Cellars
We decided to stay at the lodge at Suncadia after it was recommended to us by the groom. Our stay was perfect and in close proximity to the venue. Good for us when we went into the wedding it was lightly snowing and when we came out a few hours later it was really snowing. We felt so fortunate to being staying so close by. The next morning (and approximately 7 ins. Of snow later) we woke up to find all the roads in and out of the road plowed and sanded! They think of everything here, such good service and amenities. Thank you Shannon for your kind greeting and for making sure your guests are well taken care of ☺️ We will definitely be back, next time I think it will definitely be golf ⛳️ weather 😎

Shannon was great in her communication with us. The room and property were outstanding. The staff that checked us in were friendly, however, some staff at the coffee shop, skating rink and spa didn’t seem happy to be there.

It's disappointing to hear about your experience with the support staff, usually they are amazing but I wonder if during Winterfest they get a little frazzled.
