The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a fantastic outdoor living space with views of the Prospector Golf Course driving range and a gas fire pit. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the warm, private hot tub just steps off the back patio. The whole family will enjoy playing ping-pong and shuffleboard in the garage game room!
