'There is a lower parking lot and they take you up in a kawasaki mule. My wife's RAV4 AWD would have had trouble with that road. Hosts are johnny on the spot and the cabin was seclusion heaven. Just the right mix of outback charm but with all the modern amenities. I will be making this an annual stop for sure.'

'Our room was super clean and the air conditioning was ice cold. We kept it cool from where we had worked outside all day. The continental breakfast in the morning was great area was clean and maintained well. Food and other breakfast items were kept stocked up very well nice lady working in the area talking to customers. I’ll be staying there again.'

'The ac units make a constant loud pop in wall from other rooms whej it kicks on. Bed was ok pretty hard but not the worst. Shower design with curtains dont reach the floor and watwr hits and goes right out the shower all in bathroom floor, had to keave towels down or there woukd be standing water. Breakfast was typical and not too bad, staff used the same rag to clean everything including wiping tops of trash cans then top of coffee table after no cleaners used. No very sanitary. For the price...

'The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. '
