'The rooms were smelling of smoke. The hotel manager knew that due to renovation half the rooms were smelly and refused to give us a room in the other half. With the heat and smokey environment it was not a pleasant experience. Further they were out of breakfast at 8:00 AM even though they advertise as 6:00-9:00 AM. No one was around to help with the food.'

'Room felt damp - sheets and pillows always felt like they were cold or damp an even when turning the AC off. No spare toilet paper or tissues we only stayed for 2 nights.'

'The staff was tremendous. They had a burst pipe of some sort and had the plumber on site when I checked in around 5-6 PM. The water was shut off at that time. They calmly explained what had happened, what they had done about it, and the estimated time the repair would be complete. When that happened, earlier than the estimated time, they notified the guests. It was a really good piece of work by the staff!!'

'This has been my go-to for about nine years when visiting family in the area. It’s clean, friendly, convenient and also has a great breakfast!!!'

'They advertise hot breakfast with pictures showing eggs and sausage or bacon on website but all they had was cold cereal, bagels and oatmeal. Very deceptive the way you show pictures of hot breakfast with eggs and proteins but this is not the case. Not even a waffle machine. I feel like we were decieved I enclosed a picture you show on your website. False!'

'Everything was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great too. I would stay here again.'

'Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. You don’t need to hang out for the free breakfast to meet other folks. Just stand and wait for the one and only elevator, which is slow and small. Stopped on our floor twice carrying folks down from higher floors. Too full to get in, we just waited, and waited and waited for it to return empty. There’s another elevator but it’s broken'

'Worst Expedia listed property we’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, run down, toilet broken, sheets dirty, noisy AC, internet down. Asked for a refund but they said they could only refund Expedia. Hopefully we’ll see the pass through refund from Expedia.'

'The photos of this hotel make it look like a nice place and on arrival the hotel looks good from the outside. The problems start when you enter, the carpet at the door has a white furry water damage which i had hoped wasn’t indicative of the rest of the hotel, i was wrong! The staff on the front desk were very friendly and I feel sorry for them that they are let down by the condition of this place. Our booking was for 1 room for 2 adults and 1 room for 2 adults and 2 children. Arriving at 1am...
