The property itself and the decor are a blast from the past, complete with nostalgic smells from the era (not bad smells, just musty old wood house or apartment kinda smells). All the finishes were well-worn, but clean with no signs of bugs or mold. The room itself was very roomy and bed sheets were clean. The beds had a hallow feel that we didn't care for. We did not hear any noise from adjourning rooms, floor above, or outside. The front desk staff did give us a heads up that the rooms do not come with amenities, but we could request what we needed at anytime. I took them up on that later in the evening and they were promptly provided. They also let us know at check-in that the breakfast is very simple grab-n-go snack and coffee. Overall if you are on a budget it's worth a look. We had a pleasant stay and would book again, but only for short periods.
