It is what you would expect from a motel 6. It is very dated, the beds are needing to be replaced. There is a two or three inch drop coming out the door from the stairs that should have a war

Had to remind the front desk clerk that you don't announce the room numbers to guests because it's unsafe. He said he didn't. I told him he did and I felt very uncomfortable all night. Ended up moving all movable furniture to behind the door for safety.

Dont stay here.
Room was gross and dirty, hair in the shower, sheets etc. Holes in the walls, a weird splatter/drip on the wall. Wall thermostat didnt work. Our non smoking room smelled very strong like smoke.

Convient location. Staff need to be more genuine. I made a reservation online in the morning and called to cancel it. The staff member told me it would be taken care of. I made another reservation in the day and when i got there , there two reservations under name. Not good.

Not a bad roadside hotel! Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was hot (water pressure isn't great, but it's fine), cheap, gas nearby, right off the interstate. Perfect for the night I needed it.Thanks!

The room comforter had holes in it. The smell of the room was unbearable. The people at the front desk don’t know how to have small talk or make any kind of conversation. The time on the tvs were wrong and vending machines don’t work.

Everything was good except when i use your ap to pay cash at check-in they would honor that, instead they just applied it through my credit card that was securing the room reservation. It kinda pissed me off!

NEVER AGAIN!
Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE service.. checking in was a headache. the place wasn't busy at all, and had several vacancies, yet i was still assigned a crusty dusty room that reeked of cigar smoke. There's an Indian or Middle Eastern guy who works the desk, he's rude as hell and unnecessarily cantankerous. I would never recommend this specific location, specifically because of him. Don't stay here if you can help it. Sleeping in your car would be a better experience, trust me.

Good for an emergency stay or on a tight budget
All of the staff was very friendly and polite. The motel itself was exactly what the price reflects, just a bare bones motel. Mostly everything just seemed old, not gross. Our biggest complaint was the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on lol. It was so thin and sinky I almost considered sleeping in my car. But, for a brief overnight amidst a road trip it served its purpose. The bathroom area was clean and water pressure and temp great.

Attempted extortion.
Well the check it was terrible. The clerk tried to get us to pay more money. He said they didn’t have the rooms I payed for available. He was refusing to check us in at first until I said don’t to have an agreement with hotels.com to accommodate their guests as well. Finally after an argument he agreed to check us in. Then we got to our room and it was exactly what we booked. So he was just trying to extort money from us.

Location was extremely convenient to the Ohio Turnpike, however, we rented 2 rooms: one the toilet clogged, on just about every flush, and the second room the thermostat was broken and we had to get another room. Overall, the room was clean and the staff was friendly it was just the facility issues that lowered our ratings on this location.

The night attendant was angry that I didn't like my room. He was slightly disrespectful in the beginning but towards the end it was better. There were bugs, dirty towels and maintenance malfunctions in the rooms. I will not stay here again and for the price, you can definitely find a better hotel.

Crappy stay
Door lock battery died, staff refused to give me a new room, they said they woukd let me in the room if i left but asked i dont leave as much so they dont have to let me in all the time. The air conditioner was stuck on cold and high. Talk about feeling like your in a meat freezer. Cigarette burns all over the bed covers. Smelled like a smokers special even though i was in a nonsmoking room. Light bulbs out in the room (not a hug deal but annoying)
