Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet)
- $45 fee per pet - we will charge pet fee via Airbnb Resolution Center if we were not able to collect this fee from your stay. Any violation of our pet policy may lead to Airbnb cancellation without any refund.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval.
• $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.

Lost Fob or Card Fee

• Guest's must return their fobs cards to the lockbox upon checkout.
• Replacement fee if not returned: $100/fob or card
