Fully equipped single family home away from home. Beautifully appointed with hardwood floors plenty of seating for lounging or entertaining, comfortably sleeps 12 adults, possibly more. The home is four (4) levels including the basement. It's an entertainments dream home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the comfy sofas and plenty to do with the pool table and many games.

Safe, family friendly neighborhood. Open floor plan, 3 fireplaces, whirlpool tub in master bath, fire pit, deck (gas grill, outdoor lounge furniture and gas fire table availability weather dependent). Short/long term rental.
The main level has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with everything you need! Double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of seating whether around the huge island or bar top seating. The dining area has a sectional seating and extra-large oval table that comfortably seats 10+. This level has 3 Skylights and lots of windows!
The upstairs level has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a jet tub, and the 3rd bedroom has a work area with printer for our business travelers.
The lower level has a pool table and dart board along with the 4th bedroom that is perfect for a small family with a Queen and Full Bed. This level has a 1/2 bath along with the laundry room with twin Wash Towers.
The basement level has a Giant Connect Four, Chess, Checkers and other games along with a futon for additional sleeping space. You will also find free weight, yoga mat and other equipment for those wanting to get a quick workout in.
The home is very roomy and allows everyone in your group to have space to spread out!

Guest have access to most of the Home except the garage and a couple closets. There are clothing racks available with hangers where there is no closet available. There is always a local representative available to help guests with any questions or concerns they may have, but no one on the property.

Maximum of 12 overnight guests allowed. The guest limit for the home is 16 guest total. This number is a total number including those staying as overnight guest. Exceptions are rarely granted but if you would like please share the details regarding events/gatherings as they MUST be Pre-Approved! *** STRICTLY ENFORCED*** If you exceed the number of guest booked, include bringing a pet or host an event/gathering without approval you will be liable for up to a $500 charge and your stay terminated without a refund. The home is surrounded by quiet residential neighbors and this ensures their support of a STR. If you are looking for a place to have a party this is not the home for you!

Propane Fire pit and grill are located on the deck. Propane is provided as well as one extra tank. Fire wood is not provided

The property is non smoking, violation fee of $250.

Stays over one week, we will have a "Freshen Up" cleaning added to your stay. This will include fresh linens and towels plus a light cleaning to keep the home fresh during your stay.

Locals we appreciate your interest in our property, unfortunately we do not host events or affairs for individuals who reside in the surrounding area. This property is focused on accommodating guests who are traveling and require lodging, rather than serving as a venue for local events or gatherings.
We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are seeking to use the property for events or affairs.

Early or Late check in only available if the property is available. We will need a minimum of one week notice, please let us know ASAP as this requires coordination

Peak Season - April to October 4 Night Minimum
Off Peak Season -Weekends 2 Night Minimum
Holiday Weekends - 3 Night Minimum
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years- 5 night minimum
