'Check in was easy... I arrived early and was able to lounge at the pool until my room was ready. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Every room has its own balcony/outside sitting area, and mine overlooked the pool which was large and clean. There are bar stools in the pool for the swim-up bar and music was played during the day.

'There is no transportation on the grounds for older visitors if they need assistant. Due to the lrge amount of guest, parking was a problem. We had to park all the way at the entrance of the hotel. which meant about a mile walk back, which was very painful due to the fact that I just had knee surgery. Maybe incoroporating some golf carts on the premises in cases like this would accomodate the guest and make thier stay more comfortable '

Damien and his coworker were very thoughtful and ensured the room was comfortable with AC on and that we were connected to Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious and very filling . The Manager on the day was welcoming and a little flexible with us which we really appreciated , the cleaning Lady does a fantastic job and we believe she is definitely an attribute to your company....

'Ik heb helaas de Chikungunya opgelopen dus heb weinig van Ocho Rios kunnen zien maar des te meer van het hotel. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam geweest en heel lief voor mij. Het hotel is echt een aanrader en kamer 215 heeft een heel mooi balkon, echt geweldig. Het ontbijt vind ik wat minder had wat internationaler gemogen maar verder echt geweldig mooi.'
