'The hotel is clean and the breakfast includes some cooked options like omelette and pancakes, while the buffet is more basic (scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, jams). Isolation on the 7th floor is poor because it is right under the restaurant and very loud since early in the morning. We had to ask for a room change. Rooms are spacious but the bathrooms require some work. There are some inattentions: for example, the plus are American but the hairdryer provided is EU; some plugs didn’t work at...

'Well organised hotel in Miraflores, a nice and safe neighbourhood of Lima. Walking distance to the coast and luxurious shopping center. Some really good Peruvian kitchen restaurants. Reception staff is nice. Breakfast includes fruit and scrambled eggs. I came back here to stay another night. '

'Clean room, good location and friendly staff. Our safe and fridge both needed replacing and it took multiple asks to get it done but this is par for the course here. Room maintenance was pretty minimal - basically just made the bed. The morning we left for the airport there was no running water and we had to go showerless to the airport which was disappointing. Again, bad communication is par for the course and not necessarily a Sonesta-specific problem.'
