'The property is very nice, but there's a misunderstanding in the Expedia listing that says the reservation includes hot tubs, which is incorrect. The property doesn't have any hot tubs unless you pay extra for the jacuzzi, and there's only one room with a jacuzzi, which is for couples and is rented by the hour, which doesn't match the information on Expedia.'

'The property is beautiful but the breakfast is just okay. The amenities if you have a room up top the amenities are completely at the bottom and if you have any fear of heights I wouldn't recommend staying here. However the property is beautiful and it is in the very remote location'

'From the first day, our experience was disappointing. We asked to join a guided hike but were told there wasn't one because the receptionist was also serving as the guide that day. Later, around 4:00 p.m., we went to the central area and discovered that a hike was actually scheduled to leave at 4:30 p.m. However, it didn't depart until 5:30 p.m., which meant we had to rush up steep, challenging terrain to make it back before dark. It felt unsafe and poorly organized.
On both nights, mosquitoes...
