The hotel lobby was dirty and the hallways were littered with debris. When I got to my room I noticed cobwebs hanging in the corners. The beds had big stains on the spreads and I lifted the mattresses and found crumbs and dirt between the mattress and box springs. I was in town on a family emergency and didn't have many options to get a room quickly. As it turned out my family member passed away and I was fortunate enough to leave the hotel before even setting my luggage down. Entire facility gave me an uncomfortable feeling.

It's a great place to stay at very clean very safe very quiet the workers are very friendly respectful the room was very nice I've stayed here twice now once on New Year's Eve and once yesterday my sister stayed also in a room on New Year's Eve and it was very nice no complaints at all from us would give it a five-star all the way and look forward to staying again there

Hire someone to clean the rooms!
Room wasn’t cleaned. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Toilet was disgusting, used soap in the tub and sink, no toilet paper, crumbs on most of the countertops and the floor and the bed linens appeared to be dirty. We were too tired to deal with it (and it was late) so we slept on top of the bed in our clothes.

The hallway smelled terrible. If the room had the same smell, we wouldn't have been able to stay there. One of the beds had a bunch of dirt or grass on the sheets. Extremely noisy from 4:30am until 6:45am.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke although it is advertised as smoke free hotel. Carpet was stained with some type of grease. Sheets smelled as if they were not cleaned after previous guest. Window courtains had blood stains. Ice machine not working. Pictures showed a hardwood floor room but was carpet. ADVERTISED AS A 3-STAR HOTEL AND IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A 3-STAR HOTEL!

Dani at the front desk went above and beyond serving up and she was super friendly and prompt and right there to make sure we were properly accommodated every time we called me personally to be completely honest don't really care for the hotel simply because of its geographical location and some of the people that frequent this particular Hotel but after getting the service that I did from her I would most definitely return for another stay

Old place, sure, but the inside will surprise you
I knew pulling in the lot at check-in it was an old property, but, the place didn’t smell like old moldy carpet, the room I was placed in was quite surprising. Newer laminate wood flooring, a very decent mattress, and a shower head that works for a taller guy like myself. (Kind of nice to not have to bend down and rinse my hair) Additionally, breakfast was ready every day at 0600, biscuits and gravy, with cereal options and a waffle maker.

Needs updated, check in took forever, then key wouldn't work that took about another 20min. Cause person at desk wasn't at the desk. Room was dirty, as a matter of fact the whole motel was dingy and dirty. But it was quiet.

This property used to be The Frontier Inn, and was a well-regarded, locally-owned motel back in the 1970s through the 90s. At some point it changed hands, and has fallen into disrepair. The aging window air conditioner in my room had caked on white residue and smelled of mold when initially turned on. The main lobby entrance door was damaged and stuck partly open. But most disturbing were the suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot at night, leaving empty beer cans on the ground I would see in the morning. And while the person working the front desk was friendly and did their best to keep things going, the hotel seemed short-staffed, and she had to leave the desk to deal with housekeeping issues that would come up. And because there is a bar off of the main entrance, the front door is always open and the rooms are not secured from that area, so anyone can walk in and roam the hallways. It's a shame this place has fallen into sad state, but whoever owns really needs to invest in the property for it to once again be a nice place to stay.

Worst hotel experience till date in my life. The carpet in the room was unimaginably dirty and had large black stains. The room smelt horrible - full of weed and smoke. We couldn't sleep properly because of the terrible smell. We asked for a room freshener at the front desk but wasn't provided. The linens and pillows were a bare minimum. Not at all value for money!

The external property was in very poor condition. Massive potholes in the parking lot. The interior of the property was in slightly better condition, but my non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes with numerous large stains in the carpet. This motel may be acceptable at $50 a night, but not $100!

It was a bit old feeling, no blow dryer in room, had to ask for one. Booked through Expedia and it said pet friendly and then when we got there was a substantial pet fee. First receptionist said she would waive it since I didn’t know. Checked out and second receptionist said I would need to pay it and the previous person was wrong and got in trouble. She was quite rude. Won’t stay there again.
