'The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)! '

Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there).
Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Downstairs at the bar it was also nice to hang out. The only point of criticism was the breakfast, this was little for the amount charged. "For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too."

"Het was een aangenaam verblijf voor een paar dagen London. We hebben het hotel vooral geboekt om te slapen, en daar is het perfect voor. De kamer is heel klein, maar superschoon en comfortabel. Heerlijke warme douche en grote handdoeken.
Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar lekker en goed verzorgd. Er zijn zelfs vegan en glutenvrije opties. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, al met al een uitstekende ervaring. We komen zeker terug bij een volgend bezoek aan de stad
