De 'Lazy Dragon' is een schattige hut op slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand in de rustige wijk Tierra Del Mar. Het is een perfect toevluchtsoord voor 2 stellen of een klein gezin met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. De achtertuin is uitnodigend en ruim met een kleine vuurplaats en gasbarbecue. De oceaan is gemakkelijk te bereiken met toegang direct in de straat. Deze woning heeft 2 tv's, WIFI en kabel en is huisdiervriendelijk. Er zijn doordachte en leuke toevoegingen door het hele gebouw om u op uw gemak en thuis te laten voelen op het moment dat u aankomt.

Lay-out-1 niveau huis met woonkamer met futon, eethoek, keuken. Slaapkamer met queensize bed, slaapkamer met tweepersoons- / tweepersoonsslaapbank. Volledig halbad.

Het dorp Tierra Del Mar is een kleine gemeenschap van traditionele strandhuizen op 3 mijl ten noorden van Pacific City langs de schilderachtige route Three Capes. Er zijn verschillende rustige straatjes met zowel historische hutten als grotere strandhuizen die allemaal leiden naar directe toegang tot het strand. Alle woningen in Tierra Del Mar zijn een snelle, gemakkelijke wandeling naar het strand. Het strand is hier rustig en lange strandjutters kunnen urenlang door dit lange traject wandelen dat relatief onontdekt is. Het is een goede plek voor jutters die vaak agaten en Japanse glazen dobbers vinden. Het recreatiegebied Sandlake Dunes ligt 4 mijl naar het noorden.
Dit huis is huisdiervriendelijk voor een of twee honden. Laat het ons weten als je een huisdier meeneemt, zodat we de niet-restitueerbare huisdierentoeslag van $ 10 / nacht (maximumbedrag van $ 40 / huisdier) kunnen toevoegen. Alleen goed opgevoede honden zijn toegestaan. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan op het meubilair of zijn onbeheerd achtergelaten in het huis.
Bezetting regels worden strikt gehandhaafd en gelden voor het gehele pand tijdens het verblijf. Extra gasten voor een dag gebruik kunnen toestemming krijgen voor goedkeuring door het management.

Nice place

Loved the location, it's a short walk to a nice beach where you have plenty of space. There were a few other people around, but not many. The cabin isn't fancy, but it is charming and the beds are very comfy. If you have mobility difficulty getting to the beach may not be easy. There are a few rocks to climb down to get to the sand, but you're in very easy driving distance of some places that are more accessible. It's very close to Pacific City so you have a couple options to go eat, but it is pretty limited on that without a longer drive. I would definitely stay here again. Great place for a small family.

Lazy Dragon Beach House

it was very stormy and rainy during our 5 day stay, but we were warm and dry in this cozy place. It is on the main road, but not very noisy. Beach access is easy and close. Great central location for exploring the central coast. Kitchen is well stocked. Dishwasher is very noisy so don't run at night. Nice bathroom with its own heater. Shower faucet is plumbed wrong, so C is hot and H is cold. Plenty of clean linens, blankets, and towels. Pet friendly! I would recommend it.

This is a nice little low key spot within walking distance of the beach. Very cozy with jist what you need to a weekend getaway. The backyard is not fully fenced in but does provide some privacy from the neighbors. The front of the house is off of the main road that takes you through the town so there is some traffic you can hear in all hours of the day and night. It didn't bother us a whole lot for those seeking a more quite getaway this may not be ideal. You could definitely sleep more then a couple in the house as it has 2 bedroomss, but space in the common room was perfect for just the two of us. Pretty good deal for the price and location.

Great walk to the beach!

Perfect little getaway for my family, with all of the amenities we needed and an easy walk to the beach. The bunk beds were perfect for my 5 and 3 year olds, and we loved using the sand toys and wagon for a quick walk to the beach. The house is located on a busy road, so it was noisy at times. The home could use a little updating of furniture and TLC, but overall we had a great stay!

Sweet little beach house

Awesome location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We visited during the summer and the beach was perfect for long strolls. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a great collection of books and movies. Bring your own beach supplies, towels, chairs, etc. The house was very comfortable for me and my two teenagers. The bunk beds do squeak a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal. The side deck is fairly protected from the wind and warms up with the sun. The fire pit was great for making s’mores. I brought my dog. The yard isn’t fully fenced, so be sure and bring a long lead. The road can get a bit busy, but quiets down in the evening. I definitely recommend this house and hope to stay again.

Bigger than it looks!

This home was perfect for our family of four with dogs! Lots of toys, games, books and DVDs available for use. Even had dog supplies (except no poo bags, which I purchased and left a few rolls for the next visitors.) Everything a family could need on a mini vacation was here. Very close walk to a very private beach. No commercialization along this stretch of beach (no restaurants/hotels/etc) and no vehicles allowed. Great place and we definitely recommend it!

Nice cottage equipped with every thing you need.

This a nice small cottage. It was just right for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice deck and fire ring area. The only issue we had was the proximity to the highway- we used the side door to assure the dog did not run into the street chasing one of the numerous bunnys. We appreciate that pets are welcome. I would recommend a stay at this house.

Cute and comfy cottage!

It's a great little cottage close to the beach. It is thoughtfully supplied with lots of towels, sand toys and kitchen basics. Comfy beds, although the bunk bed situation was ridiculously squeaky/noisey. I couldn't imagine it actually supporting the weight of 4 people. We only had one person in it, and it swayed and squeaked. Other then that one bed, the place is perfect!

We had a wonderful time at the Lazy Dragon! It was clean, comfortable and the location was excellent! Appropriate for young parents, small kids and grandparents to all have a good time together enjoying the Pacific coast.
