'Hotel staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Our room (Executive with king bed) was very comfortable and spacious. Note that there are no elevators/lifts at the hotel so if you have trouble managing stairs, reserve a ground floor room. However the staff carried our largest luggage up and down the stairs for us. 'Hotel was Okay. But when we wanted tot eat in the Restaurant below we walked away. Their was sufficient place in the restaurant but seats were reserved. Can happen - no problem. So we were asked to sit and wait. Another couple was waiting and they just got something to drink. The staff was very busy so after 10 min we asked if we also could get a drink. But we were reuqested to go to the next door bar. Yeah sure... no way - what an awfull place. Never coming back again!'

'Absolutely beautiful hotel. I stayed at this hotel when it was the East End hotel as a child but it's totally different now. They rebuilt the whole thing including a swimming pool below. The staff were amazing, spotless spacious rooms, great location, amazing breakfast freshly cooked to order, wish we could have stayed longer. I have family around Schull so we will be back. '
