'Het is knap dat ze het in zo een groot gebouw zo gezellig kunnen maken. Eten in restaurant goed, maar niet voor grote eters. Jammer dat er geen gevulde minibar op de kamers is. '

'Este hotel fue la perfecta parada de una noche en nuestro viaje. Se encuentra arriba de un bar, el personal es muy muy amable! La zona es de restaurantes, bares y aunque no tiene estacionamiento privado, nos pudimos estacionar justo enfrente en la calle de manera gratuita y segura! Lo recomiendo mucho!!'

'Hotel was Okay. But when we wanted tot eat in the Restaurant below we walked away. Their was sufficient place in the restaurant but seats were reserved. Can happen - no problem. So we were asked to sit and wait. Another couple was waiting and they just got something to drink. The staff was very busy so after 10 min we asked if we also could get a drink. But we were reuqested to go to the next door bar. Yeah sure... no way - what an awfull place. Never coming back again!'

'The hotel was fantastic - very clean, right on the main road with all the shops. Staff were fantastic. We left an item, sent and e-mail to them explaining what was left and they sent it to us via post. Cannot say enough good things about the Lansdowne Kenmare.'

'My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away '

'The Park is definitely a worthwhile splurge. Room was well appointed and the staff was warm and friendly. Kenmare is a great backdrop for a wonderful trip. If I had to make a "complaint" it would be that the carpet is so thick and plush it made pulling the wheeled luggage challenging, but that is not a serious complaint. '

'Definitely a good hotel, but for the price (€330 a night) I would expect more, such as coffee&tea making facilities, minibar, aircon, swimming pool/spa. Breakfast not in line with the hotel’s rating.'
