'Very nice and quiet tiny house, still close to the nearest town and beach. For me the bed could’ve been a bit longer, but the couch that turned into a bed was long enough and additional sheets were provided.
It’s fully equipped and very modern, we liked staying here a lot.'

'Marie is a fabulous hostess! She was waiting for us outside in the back yard. She even helped unload and carry in the luggage. The room had an ensuite. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is right off the road and so easy to find! The kitchen was well equipped. '

'I couldn’t recommend this property enough. What a lovely place and lovely people. We were running late and the lady stayed up for us. We also experienced a punctured tyre on the way up and they let us stay in the property until it was sorted. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was clean, warm and comfortable. It’s an absolute must to stop off and stay here. '

'Beautiful Hotel. Kyle, Isla and team very welcoming. Easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. Perfect for heading into the highlands for fishing etc. Drawing room and library nice to relax in and the menu and food was first class. Look forward to visiting again.'

'The hotel is in a lovely old building, next to a golf course and the coast, in a pretty village. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. It is a quiet and comfortable hotel, with good dining. I could imagine sitting out on the front verandah on a warm day, with a cold drink in hand; a very pleasant place to be.'

"We got the room with a magnificent view on the train bridge and river, and had dinner, breakfast and a little walk to the castle. We saw an osprey in the vicinity. Little options for walking close by. The lady of the house was very friendly. It turned out to be complicated to get the shower started, a little instruction would be nice"
"Very lovely room with view overlooking forest. Self-catering, but staff had provided welcome basket with enough rolls etc. for solid breakfast. Kitchen has fridge, 4-pit electric cooker and several ovens so any kind of meal can be prepared here. The building is a former lodge of Andrew Carnegie and I had a spacious room with four-poster bed and couches near the window overlooking the forest. Signposting could be a little bit better."
