Guest have access to the entire property, not including the coat closet on the first floor. Used for housekeeping storage.

Other things to note
POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat are not included in the booking amount. An extra fee per day is required to heat them. Please contact the host to request this service. (Pool heating is not available during the summer months).

Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Gardening service is once a week in the morning. Pool service is twice a week.

At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
