Our home is located in a beautiful community near restaurants/shopping close by. The home includes an attached two car garage, and space for 3 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. The farmhouse vibe makes you feel comfortable and right at home. The comfort of this home is unmatched in the desert. Great family space to relax and watch movies with your popcorn. The kitchen is fully updated with beautiful countertops & finishes. The space features quartz counter tops and an open-concept layout, tasteful furnishings and décor. Have a glass of wine while enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa with the large flat screen tv. This is an impeccably clean and truly entertaining property. Also there is a FULLY stocked kitchen with every cooking essential.



This home features a larger Master suite with a large private bathroom. The 2 guest rooms are simple but cozy. They have a shared bathroom and with one featuring a queen size bed, and the other a full. Large open kitchen with everything you need. Big couch with a large TV for family movie night.

Pool heating fees will apply. There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee, if you choose to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary.



Trash day is every Friday morning, if you can take the trash out the night prior and bring back the bin from the street to the side of home once trash has been collected.

You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
