'We stayed just for the night on our way east. Check in was good, very friendly. The room was pretty standard and clean. The only thing I didn't really think about was the fact that the hotel is situated right across the railway and because of the gaps by the door it woke me up a couple of times. But I guess all the hotels/motels on this street have the same problem. Overall I had a good stay.'

'The hotel (or motel) was really nice and even allowed us to check in two hours early, which gave me time to prepare for the Coachella event. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but after a fun night out, it didn’t bother me much. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom, which might be due to the ground floor location—understandable, but I hope that can be improved in the future. 'We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. ...

'The rooms are very spacious. The pools are both great options. Rhe main pool has music playing and the hot tub is large. We liked the hideaway pool. They serve ice water as a courtesy when you are at the pool which is appreciated. They also had sunscreen available if you didn’t bring your own. The grounds are impeccable and all of the ground staff and cleaning staff were so friendly. The restaurant was great food. The waiter on our morning seemed overwhelmingly busy with the four tables.
