'We had to cancel our room on Saturday 9.21 due to illness. The customer experience was abysmal. Not only would they not review my booking and provide a credit or reimbursement, they also hung up on me twice and refused to put a manager on the phone. '

'Elevator down with no prior alert before arriving to the hotel. when I arrived at the hotel with my 75 year old mother, who was absolutely unable to walk up two flights of steps, I was told the elevator was down and no apologizes were made for the inconvenience nor any empathy shown by the night auditor.'

'I had to deep clean our room upon arrival- floors were dirty and sticky, counters were dirty, and walls had mysterious substances on them. Our room budded up to the smoking rooms so you could smell the cigarette/marijuana smoke through the walls. Paint and walls were peeling (water damage) in the bathrooms and mold on the ceiling. 'Very nice and off of beaten path. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. We will stay again and although the golf course view is great we will probably reserve a room overlooking the pool and 2nd floor. The room above us had a lot of stomping going on. The staff was amazing especially Sly as he helped us get into our room since we arrived around midnight. We look forward to our next visit. '

'The staff were great. The room wasn’t bad. Unfortunately the ice machine didn’t work had to go next door. The ac/heat unit the heat wasn’t working blew out cold air. Not much for breakfast so luckily we were able to go next door and have breakfast. '

'First nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and couch was torn up, looked like cat scratches. They moved us into second room which smelled of smoke and wet dog. Pieces of trash outside, clientele looked sketchy.'

However, there was no shampoo or conditioner body wash in the bathroom, even though there were containers hung on the wall no iron no blow dryer, and I feel like there were crackheads hanging out in the parking lot look like they may live in the hotel.'

'Location to US 10 is good. The type of room reserved - double beds with a sitting area - is not even available at this hotel - that's an Expedia issue!'
